I can't wait to capture Jaelyn and Alex's wedding in September, but in the meantime, taking their engagement photos has been so much fun! Jaelyn and Alex met in the Army National Guard, and spent time together deployed overseas where they fell in love.
Jaelyn saw my winter snow photos and thought that would be a fun way to capture engagement photos, and so we waited for a day of snow. The forecast had 60-80% snow, and so we planned out a snowy engagement session, but the snow never came! We still got some great wintry photos and had fun doing it.
I love Bubolz Nature Preserve in Appleton because of the variety of nature scenes. From rows of pine trees to fields, forest, paths, lookouts and more, there's so much to capture and make each session unique.
